Saggy Butt
The main culprit when it comes to saggy asses is loose skin and also certain conditioning of
butt fat. The most prominent of the causes is normally age and how it affects the tightness of ones skin. Although it might not look like the

The second most prominent cause is severe dieting or weight loss that has reduced fat and

be able to cope and you will get loose skin as a result.

pinch and pull away, rather I’m talking about the whole structure of the skin from the hypodermis to the epidermis. This kind of looseness will
not result in any sort of wrinkles or even look loose. It will just result in sagging especially in the butt area where there are enough creases
to cover any possible folds that the loose skin will result in.
The fact is that if you really have lost a lot of weight and your skin has already contracted
to its maximum amount than there really isn’t much you can do to push your butt back. This is of course assuming that you intend on keeping the

not fat. If you have a workout and dieting plan set out you can effectively put back the muscle that you have lost through the many years of not
exercising while keeping the build-up of fat to a minimum. The end result is you will get your but lifted from the additional muscle backing.

Remember that a saggy butt is almost always caused by loss of supporting tissue on your butt.
The loss of muscles and fat leaves little for the skin to cling on to and as such the butt will droop from the access skin. You need to fill the
butt up with muscles to get it looking right again.
