Mesomorph
A mesomorph has a body type that is predominantly characterized by squares and muscularity.
Generally the mesomorph has a very square shoulder look with defined muscles and bone structure. This type of physique is what older people
normally refer to as a strong build or a soldier’s build. Their facial features are very strong and prominent with a strong very square and
strong jaw.
Mesomorphs do not have a stumpy or an excessively lean look rather have a build that is often
regarded as the perfect model for a human body. The only one deciding factor that would make the mesomorphic look undesirable is the size of
their feet and hands. Because of their larger bone and muscle structure mesomorphs generally have hands and feet that are proportionally larger
than the rest of their bodies. Their lack of fat content on their bodies also contribute to this disproportional look.
People with this type of physique always have more muscles than fat. This makes them look very
strong and athletic even though it might not be the case. Mesomorphs generally also have tougher thicker skin which lends well to the appearance
of hardness in their body.
When looking at the hands and feet, mesomorphs have well defined digits and very strong
muscular hands which are normally in proportion to their bodies. Extreme mesomorphs will often even have muscles at their extremities which
aren’t normally visible in people of other physique types. This is due to their inherently lean nature where fat isn’t easily deposited instead
muscle texture is very easily seen through the skin.
Because of the broad skeletal structure and generally athletic build, mesomorph’ have a much
easier time when it comes to working on their butts and thighs. They will have better results with less work as most of the muscular and fat
requirements for a good butt are already present. Mesomorphs will mostly have to simply do a bit of toning and skin work to get their butts and
thighs to the great shape they want.
When training there are a few things that mesomorphs have to keep in mind especially when it
comes to butt and thigh development. Firstly, more often then not they already have enough muscle mass in their butt areas for a good base of
butt development. If they continue with any muscular development exercises they might end up with a butt that is too muscular for their tastes.
Instead they should concentrate on toning, fat manipulation and also skin tightening to get the best results.
There is another mesomorph problem in that their metabolism is as such that it prefers to burn
fat and build muscles. This is even the case if a mesomorph has a totally unhealthy diet and limited exercise. For a endomorph the results will
be apparent within very short time but a mesomorph can still continue looking relatively fit even if they aren’t. This can lead a mesomorph to
bad lifestyle habits that can very severely damage their health in the long run if they aren’t careful.
Mesomorphs should strive to lean their muscles out and also keep their metabolisms up by
exercising and eating properly. Maintaining a well proportioned butt is very easy for mesomorphs but that does not mean that they can lax when it
comes to their health.
