Your Butt
Your genes
determine everything about how you look and how you function.
Absolutely everything is read from the genes then the cells will
multiply to make them what the way your genetics would have them
be. It is a well known fact that you can predict how your body will
react to changes in condition like exercise of dietary changes by
looking at your parents and how their body adapts. This is directly
related to how your butt and thighs will look based on you
lifestyle factors.
The first thing
of interest to us is the role of your genes and how you accumulate
fat in your butt and thigh region. The first thing that will
determine how much fat you will store there and what percentage of
your body fat will go there is if you are male of female. Females
have genes that will have their body fat predominantly allocated to
their butt and thigh areas while males will have their fat
predominantly allocated to their belly areas. This is why you
always hear women complaining about their butts and thighs putting
on size while you hear men often complaining about how their
bellies are getting bigger.
In addition to
simply the male and female factor, there are also many other
factors in how your genetics will determine the shape of you butt
and thighs. The next logical step is to look at your ethnic
background and how that might affect your current butt and also how
you can develop your butt further. If you are of certain ethnic
decent that will also heavily influence how your body type that you
have and also how easily certain muscle groups react to exercise
and stress. It will also further influence how your body will store
fat and especially in which areas predominantly.
A perfect example
of this is in the muscularity of African decent persons and how
they can very easily develop a butt that many other people must
work double hard to achieve. This again is down to the genes as
people of African decent have a much easier time putting on muscle
compared to people of other races. People of African decent have a
modest accumulation of fat on their butts and have skin that is
thicker than other races thus allowing them to have very perk butts
even before they start a diet or a workout regime. People of
African decent who are looking to develop their butts will
generally almost always have a much easier time forming the perfect
butt compared to person of other races.
Although you
might not have the genetics to develop the best butt easily. There
is nothing stopping you from doing it. It’s just going to be a bit
harder for you. This is especially true if you’re one of those
people who have a hard time gaining weight or are very much
overweight. The fact is that the further you are away from your
ideal goal in terms of butt development the harder it is going to
be for you to get the butt that you want. You will need more
determination and gumption to see it through to the end.
The facts are
this, it doesn’t matter what your genetics are. If you want the
butt that you always dream of you are going to have to work for it.
People of certain races are always going to have an easier time
developing their butts and thighs than others. This should not be
an excuse to stop your developmental goals. You just got to work
harder to get what you want.
