Exercises for Clearing Skin in Butt Area
The single largest determinant for the health and vibrancy of the skin is the level of toxins
that you have in your system. Many research papers have already been conducted and almost all have come up with the same conclusion. Those people
who have the least amount of toxins in their system will almost always have better and healthier skin. Other factors such as genetics or
environmental affects normally can’t be changed so there is little use in talking about them.
The most important thing for clearing skin is to get rid of as much toxins as possible from
your system and let your skin rebuild itself in an environment as free from toxins as much as possible. What this means is that you have to keep
your body clean (inside and out) and keep it that way for a extended amount of time, normally 3-6 months before you see the true
results.
The best way to get rid of toxins that have built up in your system it to do cardio and develop
a nice sweat so all the toxins can drain away. I recommend that you do at least 30 minutes of it 3 times a week. If you want faster results then
you can up the intensity by increasing the durations by 10-20 minutes and also up the frequency up to 5 days a week. Normally even after one
cardio session you are already able to feel the differences in the suppleness and general health of you skin, keep up the work and intensity and
you will definitely see a difference.
There are a few problems with the butt skin that makes it inherently hard to clear up which I
will describe and address once at a time. The first major problem is that you can’t actually see most of it properly thus making a judgment call
on how good or bad your skin condition is hard to do without help. Very few people will actually take the time to go once over their butt in the
mirror. The fact is that many people overestimate the “beauty” of their butt skins which is quite painful especially if you are put in a
situation where you need to display your butt. It is thus recommended that you always consider your but skin in need of “clearing”. Of all the
skin around your body the butt is normally the place where most help is needed when it comes to clearing to look good.
The second major problem is that the butt skin is that it is normally the thickest in the butt.
This is because the butt is mainly used for sitting down so skin has to be tough enough there to not bruise easily when heavy loads are subjected
to it over longish periods of time. The thickness comes from the added padding of fat that below the skin and also the added thickening of the
epidermis. This causes one major problem, whatever sort of detoxing that you decide to do will take a much longer time to thoroughly cleanse the
butt skin. You need many sessions of exercise and continuous care just to make enough progress with your de-toxing to make a difference to your
butt skin. You really have to be committed to do the best for your body.
The third major problem is that you sit on your butt a lot. Although the butt is designed for
sitting the added pressure can leave your butt skin looking less than perfect especially if you have a office job or are “sitting on the job” for
long periods of time. The sitting causes your butt skin to not breathe properly and also restricts blood-flow to certain areas of your butt skin
which is very counter-productive to the overall clearing up of your butt skin. As strange as this might sound, I’ve found that keeping your
sitting to a minimum is very effective especially when you are in our detoxing session. If you have to sit for extended amounts of time then you
must move yourself around every 10-15 minutes. Most people will find a comfortable position and stay in that positions for hours.
Overall skin clearing especially for the butt has to follow the cleansing from in to out rather
than the common misconception of creams and miracle rub-ons which only work for the short term. You need to sweat and sweat then re-hydrate and
re-hydrate more. Only by doing this over and over can your body start to get rid of the toxins that cause skin blemishes.
