Endomorphs

An endomorphic body type is one which is dominated by both roundness and generally softness. Almost all aspects of the body are rounded more than the other types and most of the weight is situated at the center abdomen areas of the person thus creating a circular affect when looking at the person from afar.

Endomorphs generally have a stumpier appearance that could either be caused by access weight or from having shorter limbs or a combination of the two. This stalky appearance isn’t normally attributed to a muscular frame but rather access fat deposits that have not been worked on.

When comparing the hands and feet of an endomorph, they are normally smaller in proportion to the rest of their body. Their wrist sizes are normally small while their waist sizes are normally big. This is on account of their relatively small bones compared to their actual body size.

Endomorphs generally have an easier time putting on weight and have a very hard time loosing weight. This is normally down to their slower metabolism and also their lack of exercise routines due to their work or lifestyle factors. This slower metabolism normally leads endomorphs to be very relaxed people that very little energy output thus contributing to their access “round-ness” over time.

Overall the greatest problem for endomorphs is to overcome their slow metabolism in order to get fit and develop a great butt. The most important thing to do is to start an exercise routine and to start to raise their metabolism levels to more normal levels. This in general isn’t only good for the endomorph’s butt but also much better for their general health. Their slow metabolism will generally make them lazy and as a result most will neglect their health to their own detriment later in life.

Endomorphs should also strive to lean their bodies up to save them from their stumpy appearance. As mentioned before, not all endomorphs have a high fat content; some simply have shorter limbs and smaller hands and feet. These endomorphs must strive to lower the amount of bulk that they have so that they don’t look as stumpy. They might still be as short but at least their general appearance is slimmer.

More people concentrate on the look of their butt than many people think. The perfect example of this are Hollywood stars who in addition to the many hours they spend on the rest of their body also devote a good amount of time shaping their butts to just the right shape.

The butt is one of the strongest muscles in the body but is rarely given any exercise. This is true for even those who will happily spend hours a day in the gym working on the rest of their bodies.  A simple program for the legs and back aren't enough to develop the butt. For the best results it is best to offer the butt its own exercise regime and program.

There are so many types of butts out there that there is no one beautiful standard that can encompass all. It is for that reason that each person must have their own image of what their butt should be and work towards it.
