The process is so simple that the body will generally just do it since you already have a caloric deficiency in your energy input versus output.

We would also recommend that the client also increase the amount of vegetable and fibrous foods to their diets. The additional vegetables that you introduce into your diet will provide much of the nutrients that you would have sacrificed with the reduction of food and also help you get healthier overall. The higher amount of fiber in your diet will also help you stay full for longer so the affect of having a caloric deficit will not be felt as readily by you and also your body’s metabolism.

Keeping control of your carbohydrate intake is also very important. The problem with carbohydrates, especially simple carbohydrates is that it can be converted to body fat quite easily by the body. If you take in too much of you in one seating then you can almost be sure that the body will store some of that carbohydrates in the form of fat. Keeping your carbohydrate intake low also keeps your body from an easy supply of energy. The next easiest thing to burn is body fat which the body will do if you lack carbohydrates to keep on functioning. It is important to note here that you should reduce carbohydrate intake and not keep away from it. The last thing you want to happen is your body go into shock starvation mode and start hording every bit of carbohydrate as fat then burning the access muscles that you have developed.

The main points to remember here is that you should have a diet with slightly less calories and have more foods with fibers and less foods with fat. With proper and constant exercise in the butt area you will be able to loose the fat there while keeping the important muscles.
