Diets to Reduce Curvature in Butt
Here we are going to describe how you can keep the tightness of your butt but want to reduce
the plumpness of it. This section is especially important for those who don’t like the bubble butt look and want to trim off a bit of the bulk to
return your butt to normalcy while still retaining the tightness of skin and the firmness of you’re your butt. With this goal in mind the most
important aspect is the diet. Exercise alone will not help this situation if you aren’t strict with your diet.
The main goal here will be to trim off the access muscle and fat in almost equal proportion so
you can “deflate” the look of your butt while still keeping the same consistency and firmness. If you have a disproportional loss of either too
much fat or too much muscle your butt is going to look worst than what you started with; either a butt that has overly defined muscles or a butt
that has adverse affects when subjected to gravity.
The key to this diet is to concentrate on reducing the muscle and fat in your butt. You must
reduce your caloric intake to a point that your body will start to lean off muscle building and fat accumulation so your butt will have a chance
to reduce its size. It is important to understand that we are not suggesting a crash diet here as it is very unhealthy. We recommend that you
reduce your caloric intake but no more than 20%. This small change will make it much easier to adjust without you or your body going into shock
and will generally be more than enough to start a change. This can be easily achieved by simply cutting your portion size by 20% every meal. The
small difference will hardly be noticeable by you but is a vital step to take if you want to reduce your butt curvature.
In addition to that we will also recommend that you refrain from most if not all fatty foods
and oils if possible. Part of the goal is to reduce the fat content on your butt to reduce that bubbled appearance so having fat in your diet is
especially damaging to this goal. This is especially so if you are female and have a tendency to put on weight around your butt and thighs. Keep
what you eat lean and clean and you will see results much faster than if you simply ate what you wanted.
We would also like to see a decrease in the percentage of protein in your diet by approx. 10%.
This reduction in protein is to enable the butt muscle to be reduced to a more appropriate size. Remember that this part of the diet is quite
tricky; if you reduce your protein consumption you must replace the amount with another food type. The replacement food should be in the form of
vegetables or fruits which are relatively low in calories and high in fiber.
Lastly, we must concentrate on the skin. Because you are going to loose some mass there you
have to be careful that your skin remains elastic enough to take up the slack and not end up with a saggy butt in the process. By eating enough
vegetables you can be sure that there will be enough micro-nutrients in your diet that you skin will receive enough when it is transforming to
take the shape of your new butt.
Overall our main purpose of this diet is to loose the muscle and fat that you have currently so
that your butt can look a little less round. Do this by restricting your diet to essential foods and you will eventually see your butt change its
rounded shape.
