We highly recommend vegetables in the form of fresh greens and even a moderate amount of mushrooms. This will bring essential amounts of nutrients to your body to help in the building of your new butt muscles and also help in the cleansing of your body from the increased amounts of protein that you are taking in. You should target to have vegetables take up at least 30% of your total consumption for a great start towards defining the curvature of your butt further.

We would also recommend that you control the amounts of carbohydrates that you are taking in. Compared to the rest of the goals, increasing the curvature of your butt allows you to take in the most cards. This of course does not mean that you can go overboard with the carbohydrates; rather we suggest that you take up to a maximum of 30% of your calories from carbohydrates.
