their butts and also bring out the definition a little more. It should first be made clear here that exercise is much more important in this goal

themselves) in order for the muscles to build in size and mass. Any sort of deficit will mean that you will have to work extra hard or it will
take a much longer time than necessary.
We also recommend that you increase your daily calorie count by 10% to make sure that you have
enough calories to build muscle in your butt easily. It is important to note here that you must have this diet supplement your current exercise
routine. If you only stick to this diet and not follow the exercise requirements then it is more than likely that you will put on fat instead of
muscle as your body hasn’t signaled that it needs to build muscles.
In addition to keeping your protein intake high it is also recommended that you have 5 meals
instead of the normal 3 a day. This is firstly to ensure that you have sufficient protein in your system and your body never goes into hunger
mode. The 5 meals a day should be substantially smaller than the average 3 that you are consuming now in order for the calorie count to be only
slightly larger than your normal daily servings.
It is also important that you look at the fat content that you eat. Although we won’t tell you
to remove as much fat from your diet, you should however control the amount that you eat. Fat is a very high calorie food and consuming even a
bit of it means that you will be at risk of consuming too many calories. You should strive for low-fat foods and fill the calorie deficit with
other more nutritional and valuable foods like vegetables or fruits.
Remember that enhancement of your butt’s tone will require that you build your butt muscle.
Building butt muscles require a lot of protein constantly in order for success. This diet is to provide enough protein that in conjunction with
your exercise routine your butt will have a good chance of growing and toning up but keep the rest of your body the same it was.
