Bubble Butt
A bubble butt is a situation where the actual butt of the individual has a very rounded shape
that makes it look like two bubbles joined together combined with very tort skin which makes it look very likely to burst. This isn’t so much a
condition rather more a description of the appearance of the butt.
The problem is that some people actually like this type of appearance while some think that
it’s the same as being called a “fat ass”. Some like it some don’t. Personally I think it is a very attractive look that shows that the
individual is both fit and conscious of their butt appearance.
Firstly, lets go into trying to understand this situation and why a bubble but has formed. Most
of the time a bubble butt is simply hereditary and it simply is a combination of a firmed up gluteus maximus and gluteus medius muscle, medium
levels of butt fat and also tight skin around their butt areas. The people who are most gifted in these areas are normally people of African
descent. They can easily develop a butt like this with very minimal workout and dieting. Having said that, it is still very possible for anyone
else with whatever genes to develop a bubble butt too. It’s just that you’re going to have a harder time. The important aspects of developing a

On the other end of the spectrum are people who don’t like to look of the bubble butt and
actually want to tone it down. Although I think that bubble butts look great, I do understand where some of these people are coming from. A
bubble butt on a small frame can look a bit weird if it isn’t kept in check. Sometimes due to the requirements of one’s work and lifestyle an
individual can develop a bubble butt which is much bigger than the rest of his / her body. In this case you will need to reduce the butt to a
more appropriate size.
The people who suffer the unnaturally big bubble butt and want to reduce it normally have it

problem here is simply the fat content. Very rarely will the bubble butt be caused by an access amount of muscles as you have to be relatively
